Where do I find notifications to updated content or user guides?
The Release Notes section lists notices for major changes called Release notes.The changelog includes records of changes such as tasks, bug fixes, new features. User Guide Release is a notification for updates to the guides.
Where can I get a PDF of the IMDEXHUB-IQ™ user guides?
The IMDEXHUB-IQ™ User Guides (formerly available in seven guides for seven of our REFLEX tools) is available in one user guide. Click here.
Why can't I delete data in IMDEXHUB-IQ™?
IMDEXHUB-IQ™ allows you to operate on the principle of Accept or Reject data. This also expands to filtering data so that all data captured into Hub is collected and can be organised at your discretion.
Why do I need to view the IMDEXHUB-IQ™ guide by tool (in the toolbox)?
You don't, this is just for convenience if you prefer to follow the guide by a specific tool or data type.
What is REFLEXHUB-IQ?
REFLEXHUB-IQ is the former name of IMDEXHUB-IQ™. Our video tutorials still go by the former name and will be updated to the reflect the new branding in the near future.
I don't have permissions to do something in IMDEXHUB-IQ™, how do I set it up?
Contact your administrator in your organisation.
How do I reset my password?
Click the Forgot your password link on the IMDEXHUB-IQ™ login. IMDEXHUB-IQ™ will send an email to reset your password, follow the instructions.
I have reset my password but I have not received an email?
Check your Junk Mail folder first, and if the email is not there, contact your administrator to unlock your account.
When I try to login, I get the message The login attempt has failed. There are X attempts remaining before your account is temporarily suspended?
Click on Forgot your password.
When I try to login, I get the message invalid login attempt?
Check your Junk Mail folder first to initialise your password for the first time. Failing this, contact your administrator in your organisation to Resend intial password email. The status of your account will be pending.
I am getting too many email notifications from IMDEXHUB-IQ™, how do I turn these off?
The notifications can be turned off under Notifications in Account Management. See Account Management.
