Administration tasks are required to set up projects, new users, and assign permissions in order to collect assay data with the REFLEX XRF™.
An administrator initiates these tasks so a geologist can manage the project, while another geologist collects assay data.
IMDEXHUB-IQ™ imports raw assay data into two categories: XRF Raw and XRF QAQC Raw if QAQC is used.
Calibration tables can also be set up in IMDEXHUB-IQ™ to show further categories for corrected and comparison data. Assay data is separated as follows:
• XRF Raw
• XRF Corrected
• XRF Comparison
• XRF QAQC Raw
• XRF QAQC Corrected
• XRF QAQC Comparison
Once the users are set up, a notification email is sent with instructions to set their password.
In summary, the following is required to set up IMDEXHUB-IQ™ for the REFLEX XRF™.
Individual user accounts should be set up for everyone person who needs to access, manage, submit or retrieve REFLEX XRF™ data. To set up users, follow the steps in the Add Users section of this user guide.
Users also require access to various functions in IMDEXHUB-IQ™. Assign Permissions provides a list of permissions to modules, and functions within the modules including tool specific functions. An administrator assigns permissions to users based on their requirements.
Administrator
The administrator controls access to IMDEXHUB-IQ™, manages drop- down lists, and projects.
Administrators should have the following modules:
If you are applying permissions to yourself as part of the initial set up you will need to refresh your screen to see the new permissions in the side menu.
Field Geologist
A geologist out in the field collects assay data with the REFLEX XRF™.
These geologists require the following modules in IMDEXHUB-IQ™
Geologist
The geologist who initiated and manages the project and its drillholes, including verifying readings and using data in other geological and analytical software packages.
Geologists require the following modules:
To assign module permissions, follow the steps in the Assigning Permissions section of this user guide.
Often the Field Tech and Geologist roles are performed by the same user. If this is the case you would grant them access to both modules.
IMDEXHUB-IQ™ contains a number of user-defined lists that allow easy sorting, grouping and reporting.
Lists used by REFLEX XRF™ related Modules include:
To create list items, follow the steps in the Adding Items to a List section of this user guide.
Projects need to be created in order to correctly group data and control access to data.
To create Projects, follow the steps in the Adding Projects section of this user guide.
Users require permission to a project before they can complete tasks and view data associated with that project.
To assign Project Permissions, follow the steps in the Associating Projects section of this user guide.
To set up tool data sharing, see Plan Sharing Overview.
