Features

IMDEXHUB-IQ™ includes basic QAQC processes, data export capability, automated and ad-hoc reporting, data storage and full user log audit tracking. It is ideal for applications across the mining cycle, providing efficient drillhole and sample data management; from daily reporting requirements, to geochemical logging, analysis and QA reporting.

To support best practice data management for REFLEX IQ-LOGGER™, IMDEXHUB-IQ™ offers the following features:

Cycle

IMDEXHUB-IQ™ provides a simple interface with five major stages:

Plan

The cycle begins at the Plan stage, where the geologist creates a project, and any number of drillholes, either enter one at a time, or bulk upload with a CSV file.

The functionality allows geologists to enter critical data that they know the driller may not know.

For example north seeking gyro technologies rely on latitude. A geologist can enter the grid and co-ordinates for a hole to calculate the latitude and push it from IMDEXHUB-IQ™, rather than relying on the driller to set up the details.

The drillhole is set to active, and the driller uses an app on a controller which displays details of the drillhole.

IMDEXHUB-IQ™ also has the option of Sharing. This allows the drilling company to share project details with the resource company.

Assign

The Assign module allows for drillholes that are unrecognised, and were created in the field on-the-fly by the driller. The user has the power to assign the drillhole, or reject it. Once the drillhole is assigned, it is queued into the Approve module. If a drillhole is incorrectly assigned, there is also the option to re-assign.

Drillholes created in the Plan module do not display in the Assign module.

Approve

The Approve stage allows geologists to review and approve surveys coming in from the field. Only drillholes correctly assigned and active display here. For each drillhole, a grid provides a listing of each reading and quality control issues based on REFLEX™ expertise are highlighted for attention. Tools are separated by further grids. The module is also provided with graphs and 3D displays to aid in decisions to approve or reject readings.

View

The View stage is an easy utility to configure data and export it as an Excel or CSV file for further analysis, including importing to third party software. Configure grids by rearranging columns, show or hide columns, use saved searches and apply filters. The integrations component allows you to set up transfers of data directly to third party systems.

Manage

The final module Manage, is not so much a stage, rather the utility for administration. Set up new users, or modify existing accounts, and assign permissions. It also includes Integrations, the option to set up IMDEXHUB-IQ™ with third party systems; and Calibration tables for assay data.
