Load Saved Search

The View Data module allows users to load searches that have previously been saved to ensure future exports of data are consistent.

Parameters that are saved as part of the Saved Search are:

Projects
Tools
Date Range
Status
Other (filter)
Filter
Drillholes grid columns and order
Results grids columns and order

To load a Saved Search in IMDEXHUB-IQ™:

Navigate to the View menu.
Select Data.
Select the required search from the Saved Search dropdown list.
Click View Data to execute the Saved Search.

Saved Searches with an open padlock are public searches, those with a closed padlock are private searches. Saving public searches requires access to the View Data Publish module.

The Results display below the Drillhole grid.

Users who select a Saved Search that contains a Project they do not have access to, are not be able to View Data for that Project.

If you select more than one Tool Reading type they will appear as different tabs in the Results section.
